｢Cesira Sturloni & LASER ORCHESTRA」JAPAN TOUR

■Laser Orchestra（レーザー・オーケストラ）は、チェジーラ・ストゥルローニによるソロプロジェクトの進化形である。

大胆かつヴィジョナリーなアプローチで知られる実験的アーティスト／パフォーマーの彼女は、伝説的なサイケデリック＆クッキング・コレクティヴ「Sdaure in Lotta（闘うスダウレ）」の創設メンバーでもあり、このグループはエミリア地方の中心で誕生し、エミリア＝ロマーニャの民俗文化を祝う儀式的な集い「Notti delle Sdaure（スダウレの夜）」にルーツを持つ。ここでは、バッロ・スタッカート、ポルカ・キナータ、ワルツ、マズルカなどが踊られている。
※「スダウラ（Sdaura）」とは、ボローニャ方言で「伝統的な主婦」を親しみを込めて呼ぶ言葉であり、このプロジェクトではそれを反逆的かつヴィジョナリーな存在として再構築している。
チェジーラ・ストゥルローニの〈リッショ〉および〈フィルッツィ〉への情熱は、幼少期に祖父に連れられて行った、ボローニャ近郊の山間の村トラサッソにある〈バレラ（ダンスホール）〉での体験から芽生えた。これらの伝統音楽スタイルは、エミリア＝ロマーニャ地方に根ざし、ワルツ、ポルカ、マズルカといった感染力のあるリズムを特徴としている。Laser Orchestra は、ブレイクコア、ジャングル、テクノといった過激な音響世界と、地域の豊かなフォーク音楽の伝統を融合するために結成された5人編成のアンサンブルである。
そのライヴパフォーマンスはハイヴォルテージ。サックス、クラリネット、アコーディオン、オカリナといった伝統的な楽器と、サンプラーやコンピューターによるブレイクビーツ、グリッチノイズ、デジタル構造が同居するのだ。そして、オーケストラ的な次元の中で、これら融合はさらに強力で輝きを増す!!!
それは、ロマーニャのリッショ文化における〈大イベント・オーケストラ（orchestra grande evento）〉に新たなアイデンティティを与える試みである。ポストヒューマン、エイリアン、そしてサイケデリック。そう、Laser Orchestra は、エミリア＝ロマーニャ地方の愛される三拍子（terzina）文化に、〈新たなサイケデリック・ルネッサンス〉の火を灯すことを目指しているのだ!!!

Laser Orchestra is the evolution of the solo project by Cesira Sturloni, an experimental artist and performer known for her bold and visionary approach. She is a founding member of Sdaure in Lotta, the legendary psychedelic-culinary collective born in the heart of Emilia, rooted in the mythic Notti delle Sdaure — ritual gatherings celebrating the folk traditions of Emilia-Romagna through ballo staccato, polka chinata, waltzes, and mazurkas.
​(“Sdaura” is a term from the Bolognese dialect referring affectionately to the traditional housewife — here reimagined as a rebellious, visionary figure.)
Sturloni’s passion for liscio and filuzzi was sparked in childhood, when her grandfather would take her dancing in the balere (dance halls) of Trasasso, a small mountain village near Bologna.
These traditional music styles, rooted in Emilia-Romagna, are marked by the infectious rhythms of the waltz, polka, and mazurka.
Laser Orchestra is a five-piece ensemble created to merge the rich tradition of regional folk music with experimental and often extreme sonic worlds such as breakcore, jungle, and tekno.
The result is a high-voltage live performance that brings together traditional instruments (saxophone, clarinet, accordion, ocarina) with the syncopated breaks, glitchy textures, and digital structures of samplers and computers.
In this orchestral dimension, the blend gains even more power and brilliance.
A new identity for the classic “orchestra grande evento” of Romagna’s liscio culture: post-human, alien, and psychedelic.
Laser Orchestra aims to ignite a new psychedelic renaissance within the beloved terzina tradition of Emilia-Romagna.
